          The several cosmetic surgery procedures that have been discussed all have one result in common — a more attractive, pleasing-to-look-at appearance. Few people hesitate to have their hair styled, or at least cut. Most people in the western world shave. The men shave their daily beard growth while women shave their underarms and legs.
